First the salesman was ok and grading him on 1 to 5 star only is hard and a little unfair. He has potential to be a very good salesman but you can tell he's new to it. Was told it was a clean car and when drove in the lot you could see a bent it the passenger door then found a rock chip un fixed then looking at the back passenger tail light is held on with duck tape which was zoomed in and couldn't see in the picture. The service personnel were very courteous and efficient. Unfortunately, an incorrect computer evaluation caused me to spend money on the installation of a part that didn’t remedy my problem.
They were timely and had my oil changed quickly and I was able to pay and leave in a reasonable amount of time.
