The salesman and the finance person were friendly and knowledgeable. We felt respected and well informed.
Had a front wheel that was getting hot and smoking. Called dealership late in day and was able to get it in next day for diagnosis. Advisor gave an easy to understand description of what was needed plus additional items that he recommended. I decided to go ahead with all work. Even though there was a substantial amount of repairs needed, the work was completed early following day.
I love this dealership. Have been dealing with them and Chris for 17 years 2 cars and my daughter 2 cars
He told me what I need to know and listen to me and answer my question and a nice person to be around with

This purchase was my sixth Nissan. I love the vehicles and I have bought them all from Uftrings. The sales and service departments are the best. Friendly. Helpful and knowledgeable. I have had questions with each purchase and have had nothing but help and kindness from all involved.

Very friendly and communicated effectively They communicated the issues that needed to be addressed. They communicated the pricing on what it would cost. And set up an appointment for me to it resolved
Uftring Nissan knows their vehicles very well - I go there for service because they want to take care of my vehicle as I do - they always keep maintenance records of what's been done and what needs to be done without being forceful - the waiting room is very nice and they will shuttle you to n fro where ever you desire - the work always gets done in short order - the place is always spotless too.
Fiston went above and beyond and provided professional service. He is patient, knowledgeable, suggested a smart route for test driving, preferred to ask before giving false information. I hate when representatives are pushy but Fiston is not one of them! I recommend him for any car lease experience.
