Tim in the finance department was excellent. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable to help me with my warranty refund.
Great customer service and wonderful workers. Also listening to the customer and helping us out. Staff checks on you after your service is completed. Great company.

Quick easy and friendly. Nice waiting area and they took us in early and washed the car

Took vehicle in to have heating and AC checked. They could not find the issue and were watching on a response from Nissan tech. Said they would contact me with that info along with an estimate of suggested repairs. Never heard back despite calling at least twice and leaving multiple messages. I know they are short staffed in the service department but nevertheless I’m disappointed in their service.
