What can I say. Upon booking in the receptionist said she could not find any rooms being allocated to me, said that me and my friends should go to bar and have a drink she would sort it out. 5 minutes later she came and found us,gave all 4 of us keycards and said for inconvenience she had upgraded us to premium rooms. They were really good rooms,she couldn't have been more helpful. Golf course was in good condition. Food and service was excellent. Have already booked for next year.

Golf course great, hotel OK, service would be better if they had enough staff, bar staff totally inadequate, all lovely hard working people but not enough to serve the people waiting

Stayed for work, working night shifts about an hour away from the hotel. I know its unrealistic to expect silence in a working hotel through the day but you get very limited sleep as a night shift worker. The hotel were aware of our circumstances and gave us rooms away from parties etc but I left there feeling broken after very little sleep across my 3 night(days). Night Porter was friendly and onnhand to let us in when we were getting back at 4am

#Afternoon Tea Only# Before this visit I would of said ufford park was a great place to go! We turned up for our afternoon tea on the 23rd August 2025. When we turned up at the waterfront restaurant, there was obviously a party being prepared as anyone you could see (which was about two people were prepping party bags). We stood there for a few minutes and someone from the public said your best bet is to go to the bar. We went to the bar and someone walk us up to the table.
