UBL LICOLN building firm avoid at all cost, biggest let down and along with lame excuses. Came and give a quote asked for deposit for work to start, didn't start job on day agreed due to a funeral, !!! then 2nd date no show more excuses of not enough staff lol if your a building company then you should have plenty of staff. Then on the 3rd agreed day of starting the work. I called at 09:30 to ask why no-one was on site to start job was told they could not do the job not even a reason why. DO NOT USE. You will regret it. I recommend you reach out to the 5* reviewers and check that they actually exist and are not staff of UBL.
UBL completed an extension on the back of my house to open up the kitchen and provide more space for our family to spend time together. The team were very friendly and approachable when we had any questions about the build. We were pleasantly surprised at how tidy they kept the area during the build causing minimal disturbance to our day to day life. We can't wait to enjoy Christmas in our new space!
Great group of workers that kept my job clean and professional throughout the build.
