Use to be okay but now I'm not sure. Spent several hundred dollars getting parts off a vehicle and needed more, looked online to check if they still had it before leaving the house. Great they still have it! Get there we pay our entry and head to lot to get the parts we want. The problem is the vehicle was gone and we can not refund your entry money either. These guys are the best. They gave my son a great price for his truck and helped so much in returning a very special item that was left in the truck. If you are looking good to sell give these guys a call.
Can't believe your business practice on returns and exchanges. Posted my experience on my FB page, been shared 6 times already. Rather than give a refund you give store credit for crap I will never use but won't let me see if what I am buying will work 1st. Then not give full credit. BBB will hear as well.

Really don't see how you justify charging more for something you have to take out yourself than I could buy online. Really need to revamp your pricing.
