Very shitty customer service. Not happy waiting for a phone call to pick a car. Should have drove back to Plattsmouth and hauled the car myself to Lakeside. I probley do that tomarrow.

Very cool yard! some times and some days I find everything which I need. Some days just half... but it no too bad.
Horrible customer service from the lady working today. She was absolutely condescending and rude. I won't be working with her in the future. Hoping the company will message me back and make things right.
It's not bad. Some of The south lot employees always seem to act kind of unhappy I guess. I rarely get greeted with a "Hi" or anything, which I understand it can be annoying working when a fair bit of the people looking for parts are dumb, but friendliness would make me want to come back more often. I really really wish their online inventory would state whether the vehicle has any special trim, or suspension differences from a base model.
