The girl at the phones must put the phones on call forwarding at 3:00 on. Tried to call maybe 15 times and the call was always forwarded. Seems to me that if they cared at all, they would let her go and get someone to answer the phones that would do justice to their business. What a crock!
I dropped off some scrap metal and was told I would be given a check to cash so I asked since I need a tire for my truck could I just get store credit and use it as a discount towards a tire from the yard? They said NO!!! FYI Lakeside auto in carter lake pays more and pays cash
They overcharged me for an item I went back within 5 minutes to get my cash back and they told me no that I could have a store credit instead this place will rip you off any chance they get
I tried for over 30 minutes during their business hours at both of their numbers. Nobody answered the phone and no voicemail. I even emailed them. 2 weeks later, no response. I will be looking for companies that know how to answer emails, the phone, and are interested in getting my business.

I've been here a couple times with my boyfriend, your staff is aways very rude- actually flat out mean for no apparent reason. I am sure you really don't care about the opinion of a woman but I think the prices are to high for something that's not guaranteed to work. We spent over a hour pulling out a part- turns out he could have bought the same part new for only $40 more.
