I'd give you more stars if I didn't have to pee😅😅. My man was in there getting parts and I had to wait, and wait, and wait...... there's no restroom for the public. Apparently, there used to be a portable potty outside???? I wouldn't have us d that either...gross. 😉. So other than my teeth swimming in urine, it's a great place!!😁😁
Been waiting for almost 3 weeks now for them to come get my car. I call and get put on hold then get disconnected. I email them and get a generic email back but now they don't even respond to email. Horrible business

I’m so upset with this place. I have been working with them since Monday ( today is Friday) to tow my daughters car. The police impounded it this morning and now we are out of the money to salvage the car. The police impound wants $305 to pick up the car and U Pull It said they wouldn’t work with us at all. Horrible customer service and I’m sure they don’t even care. Not everyone has money to throw away!

Pissed me off. Paid to get in and asked if they needed to check my tool bag they said no it's ok go ahead. Didn't find anything I was looking for and upon leaving an ass hole stopped me and said he wants to check my tool bag. He started talking shit that I had bought from them two weeks ago. Fuck Harry Hanson and upullit.
I go to U-Pull-It in Lincoln Nebraska everyday and I have never been treated as poorly as I was at this U-Pull-It here in Omaha Nebraska I'm so upset with the service I just needed to get a tire for my car it was 4:54 and they told me they close at 5 so I couldn't get a tire literally all they had to do is turn around grab one off the rack and let me bring it up to get out of there but no they would rather go out and party then help someone I'm so upset I almost want to stop going to U-Pull-It Saul around because of this sit... read more
