I’ve tried to call both location numerous times today. No answer. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. It’d be nice if I could talk to someone there.
normaly i love this place and its for sure not the employees fault but go at your own risk becouse when i came out my front bumper was all scuffed up but besides that its a awsome place
Today I went into U Pull It to buy some parts for my vehicle. When I was paying for them the cashier named Chad was super rude to me and instead of treating customers who buy parts so they get paid from the customers he called me a cheapass because I said that parts are expensive. Thank you Chad for the "great" customer service. Got bless you and your family Chad.
Needed a wrecked car towed & junked, tow truck driver was in contact with me at at all times. Very kind, prompt & very good looking 👍🏼
You find pieces to foreign vehicles that you can't find else where for a reasonable price.
they treat customers like crap with questions! very poor customer service! they employ alot of drug(meth )addicts I recommend they start doing drug test on employees
The girl in the weight scale at the north yard is a thieving low life dope fiend !!!! Gave her money to get me a window for my car and she ripped us off !! Shame on u pull it for allowing such freaking scum to work there this has been reported to the bbb
