the bearded guy at the counter on 60th is probably the worst employee ive ever seen there. dude didnt even know what an engine hoist was. and he was looking through my parts I bought and setting it barely on the cart and went to push the cart and it fell off and cracked my console I just bought. on top of charging 5$ a switch in each filler piece of the consol and dash when i just wanted the filler piece. Customer service rep seemed inconvenienced when I came in to inquire about buying a part and what was available. I was really disappointed and still did not get an answer for what I was looking for. 👎👎

you guys are a million-dollar company and you can't refund $26 then I buy the warranty when I return the part because it was worse than my original part you guys kept the additional $2 for the warranty I'm not a rich man by any means but I found that same part for $20 and now I can't buy that part now I don't have heat because you guys actually took my last $30 until I get paid Friday I can actually see if I could use a store credit if I went there on a daily basis but I do not it is unfair I mean I could see if it was a 50 ... read more

Website is unreliable for pricing. Spent 3 hours of my time only to find out they will not sell airbags. It is on their list of parts for sale both online and at the counter.

usually a wonderful visit, found out the hard way to not rely on their warranty. I purchased a battery 2 months ago and it is bad now, went to warranty it they don't have any on hand and said they MIGHT have some come in over the next few days. I cannot rely on MIGHT because at this point I am stranded over a battery untill further notice. which now means my $40 battery that lasted all of two months now became a core trade in for a new battery. this has now wasted my entire morning and made me purchasing that battery absolut... read more
