Walk in appointment, told them I wanted BIAB on natural nail. Was moved chairs 4 times! Lady started to file my own nail with the acrylic file!! Couldn’t believe it went so short and none of the nails were filed equally. I told her to stop! Said I wasn’t happy. it took me lots of effort to have my nails grow. I wanted to walk out. She said we do tips and acrylic set, had no choice. Rushed through my nails none of them equal filed. And even different shape. Looked to big for my fingers. The first time I went I was very happy. I had the small slim lady. Took my mum and again very happy and she's had Tony twice. Been today and very unhappy. The other I think older lady rushed. I wanted Ombre again so assumed they would look nice. My nails are different lengths and felt very rough, the Ombre isn't even. Came home, reshaped my nails and covered up the unevenness with a different colour. Was really hoping I was going to be happy again.
