******** I was supposed to get my 2 U-************** on Friday, Aug 6th. I have not only not received my boxes, but despite calling both Shipping Centers, they not only can't tell me when they will arrive but have no idea where they are. I call back every day, and they can't give me any information.

UHaul discriminates against elderly people like me with no family members to use for emergency contacts. I've used UHaul for years but had the worst experience ever today. I reserved a trailer online, confirmed it online, providing my driver's license, went to pick it up at the ******* facility in ******, ********. The clerk once again asked for my driver's license, then made me remove my mask to take my picture. She then proceeded to tell me she needed an emergency contact person's phone number. reservation(20735829) cancelled less than 24 hours prior to move. Incredibly rude and uncaring reservation clerk (*****) who tells me that it's not uhaul's fault that they cancelled the reservation that had been made a week prior....... guess it's the tooth fairy that screwed this up??

This is the worst establishment I have ever been involved with. I booked a reservation a month in advance and called to confirm my reservation. I get there and they tell me they don't have any trucks available for me. They then stated my appointment was scheduled for the next day. I proceeded to show my two confirmations and the owner and coworker were completely rude and basically told me they wouldn't do anything about it and gave me customer service number. This place should not be in business.

Rented a moving truck a week in advance for a full 24 hours knowing it would be busy. I recieved a confirmation email. Then the day before my move i recieved another email stating my order had been "updated" to a 12 hour order (didn't even get a discount for the redused time), during the middle of the night. I requested a dolly which they didn't have, and was told a price quote that was less than a 3rd whar i actually paid. Your Company grossly over charges for Trailers leaving ******** ** on Vancouver Island to the Mainland is unjustified. I rented a 6' X 12' Trailer.******** ** to ******* **, $2537.00 was what I was charged, If I would have went to ******* ******* from ******** ** it is $489.00.It seems that if you live on Vancouver Island you are at the mercy of Uhaul and will be overcharged solely because they have a monopoly on Vancouver Island. Changed the **Box delivery date on the day they were supposed to arrive with no notification. They had even called multiple times in advance to confirm the delivery date and details. It's VERY difficult to reach anyone for customer service support. Long wait times and you get hung up on multiple times. Horrible experience. Will not be using U-Haul again and I do not recommend U-Haul to anyone. Adhering to dates and details is critical for moving services, U-Haul really misses the ****.

I am highly disappointed and my kids have to suffer for there incompetence. I reserved a 20 foot truck more then a week out and thought I could just come and pick it up, was I in for a ride. It started when I got a call a day before picking it up by a lady running the ********** ** store. She told me my uhaul wouldnt be available for pick up at the location up the road and I would have to drive an hour to ********** to pick one up. I had a reservation for a 4'X7' trailer and was disappointed to discover that it was only 3'3" wide. Since it did not meet my needs, I needed to cancel the contract and spend additional time waiting in line to be served for a different trailer. U-Haul's misrepresentation of its trailer dimensions constitutes fraud and deceit. This policy of fraud needs to change.

Also posted on uhaul.com is "All rental truck and trailer measurements are approximate. The equipment you receive *** vary in size, based on the engineering/design specifications of multiple-production models." I apologize again for any inconvenience this caused you.
