If I could give them zero, or even negative stars, I would. We used U-Haul to move from Missouri to Oregon and it was the biggest hassle Ive ever experienced. Not only did their road side assistance have over a 3 hour wait time with no one even answering or calling us back until the next day, but their trailer damaged my car due to it being put on by the company improperly. We ended up having to buy TWO trailers as one got damaged in the drive, again by being hooked up incorrectly, and we were not reimbursed for either the s... read more

Horrible customer service. Over charged due to them not checking my truck in the same day it was returned. Spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. Will never use haul again after the way I was treated.

I was left during a reservation in a dark place with no where to go. I was unable to satisfy obligation due to manager no being put on phone.

I have used this location several times over the years. Lately, I have been overcharged for gas TWICE. Don't think you can call their phone number about this........you will be on a one hour hold, and then get cut off and have to start all over again. No, you have to drive there and wait in line, and spend an hour getting the overcharge fixed. Oh, and make sure you take LOTS of photos. Doo doo dat dat simply reserved a truck to haul belongings. Relative was going to pay for the expense. I tried to utilise the Chat box was on "hold" for 15 minutes. I phoned the customer service number where the wait time was over 30 minutes. I emailed four people for nothing since nobody would simply take our money so I could pick up the truck. The WORST ever. If I move again, Good gravy, I'll carry every belonging I have rather than deal with this lousy, worst, inefficient, time-suck company. No service, no attentiveness. ... read more

On August 26th, I planned to move my belongings into a U-Haul storage unit. To do so, I reserved a U-Haul truck to help me transport from my apartment to the storage unit I also reserved. I received the truck and loaded my belongings. I drove to the storage unit and they didnt have my storage unit. They didnt have any storage units in the size I reserved for. IF YOU FIND YOURSELF IN ****, **, DO NOT RENT A U-HAUL FROM ******************** NEW AND USED!Where to begin. I had the "joy" of renting a U-Haul from the above location on August 7, 2021. I picked a time slot when the location was open, rented a moving service, and planned ahead. Turns out the location wasn't staffed. UHauls online system glitched while I was loaning out my truck. I was unable to verify the fuel and mileage. uhaul ended up charging me for 102 miles. I explained to them I only went 102 KM! Its been almost two months. The first employee agreed that he could account for **** miles. He sent it to the supervisor and the supervisor said no. I emailed him back and he never responded. I agree with others that I wish there were negative stars one could assign. The U-Haul Storage facility in ***********, ** is the poorest run commercial enterprise I have encountered in my 63 years on this earth. The **** system went out in late July and the temperature in the "climate controlled" facility hovered around 93 degrees for over 2 weeks.
