Nobody at this place has clue as to whats going on. They scheduled me an appointment complete with text and phone reminders. I take off work to make the appointment. When I get there the employee I was supposed to meet with had no idea why I was there then told me they don't do collision repairs. Why schedule me an appointment if they don't even do the work? That's not to mention the rudeness of the employees in the parking lot. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone.

My friends car was taken here after being flooded out ... It is now day 12 with no answers... after calling numerous times they do not return calls and have the rudest service department..... She talked to the owner which he said ill call you back in 5 min.... no call back . You would think that they would want to maintain customer relations, and maybe look at it as another sale if her car is totaled =not smart business.

I am delighted to have bought my second car from Tysinger. I visited the dealership twice before purchasing my vehicle of choice and both times the sales associates, managers and finance people were genuine and helpful in explaining options based on my criteria. Definitely a relationship worth referring.

I really like that there was constant communication reminding me of appointment. With life we tend to forget but I was on top of this appointment! Of course the personnel were friendly and professional, you never know how someone’s day has been so a simple hello/wave means a lot. The team got my car in and gave it a much needed wash. I will continue to use Tysinger as my primary car provider!!!
