Loved the service from Ed Maxfield, my salesman, to purchase my 2015 C300; SO disappointed with the service department today, having to cancel my Service B appointment due to no loaner car available, after scheduling my service appointment more than 2 weeks out. Explained my dire circumstances (out of town, needed transportation, etc.) to no avail. Passed from one voice mail to another for 2 hours, only to find that no car was available. Taking my service $$$ to my home VB dealership. Their loss...😔

Service and valet were exceptional. Mike followed through very professional. I was very pleased. Wish I could use the valet service with my other car.
