RecommendedI'm moving overseas and took my 10 yr. old car into Tysinger for them to assess as a direct purchase and not as a trade-in. I actually took it to four dealerships in Newport News and not only did Tysinger beat the competition, they smoked them. Tysinger was $800 better than the next best offer I was made and $1600 better than the lowest and was flexible enough to allow me two weeks of continued possession. Their outstanding customer service, honesty, and integrity. If you own a Mercedes you already know that they are high maintenance cars, however, what has impressed me the most over the years is that Tysinger is up front about the charges with no hidden charges. I have never been required to have re-work preformed do to a mistake on their part. Mike Baglieri is a awesome assistant service manager who represents the company well. This is what tysinger thinks is clean after my car being in for a key and an interior handle taking over month to replace not once have I been offered anything other than a we’re working on it from the buying experience to the service I’ve been lied to and given the run around you would think buying one of the top models Mercedes has to offer and a certified pre owned at that I would get treated a little better than being Handed a car covered bumper to bumper in water spots I would look for another Mercedes dealer

I would never recommend Tysinger Mercedes Benz to anyone, nor will I give them anymore of my business! The experience I have had with their "customer service" since purchasing my vehicle has been less than satisfactory. I'm sorry I purchased a vehicle with them. I will be taking my future business outside of this dealership.
