Recently had car interior detailed. Stubborn stains in back seat. They definitely did not disappoint. They took extra time and got 99% of stains out. Cleaned better than any other detailed for less cost

I purchased a Ford Flex on a cash deal, over 10k deal . After having the car for 6 days the car started smoking and wouldn’t start. TAF towed it all the way from Petersburg Va to Hampton and then suggested I pay for towing after I told them I could get it towed to a local Ford dealership. They called me back an agreed to pay the towing. I get a text today saying my car will not be repaired until 8/20 and they want me to pay 50% of the bill and the car didn’t run but for 6 days. Extreme lack of communication between the service department in the customer also predatory practices in the service department sitting here thinking they can go around the driver/Who is ultimately the customer to get additional work done without them knowing just unbelievable And too many other things to even list here just an overall horrible experience I’ve been there six or seven times I’ve only had one positive experience it’s just terrible

I would not recommend Tysinger Hyundai to anyone because my recent experience of events have been horrible. I have been given the run around about more than one thing that my car and found myself dropping my car off when they opened and picking it up after they close and sometimes the problem wasn't fixed. This last incident happened with my car window and I was charged for one thing but paid for another.
