Went in yesterday for a warranty part. The proximity key fob came loose from the key. I told them i wanted it replaced since it wasnt my fault. They said they needed the part to warranty it. Niw how can you have it if it fell off the key? Doesnt make sense. The client care lady is supposed to be working on ut with Hyundai. Should get a word back today. If not. Ill be xalling them.
Over the years, I've had the pleasure of performing for several sales and "Premiere" events at Tysinger Automotive Group, and always enjoyed the hospitality of the sales staff and the wonderful facility. I met a lot of happy customers there, and it was an exciting place to do business!
I've purchased two vehicles from Tysinger and had great experiences both times. The service department continues to exceed my expectations every time I come in. Mike on the Grey Team is always a pleasure to work with. Very professional people.

Horrible sales manager JP. If you want to buy a car make sure he isn't there. He insulted me and wouldn't listen when I offered proof. I will be buying from elsewhere. Maybe even not an Audi. Horrible experience. I would advise going elsewhere.
Not a great place to get work done on your Hyundai. The techs need retraining. Noone even washed my car.
