Absolutely appalling service and attitude here - came in over the weekend with my partner asking whether they accept walk-ins or do we need any appointment. All we were greeted with was 'huh?'. No 'hello, how are you, what I can do for you?'. If that's 'customer service' then no thanks. Walked straight out.
