I had done CrossFit before but this box is on another level when it comes to community and support. I am progressing again after years of stagnation simply because I feel the love around me. Thank you Two Tails!
Such a good place to train! Everyone is super friendly. Abilities of all scales, beginners to elite. You could be cheering someone on their first pull up or box jump or at the other end of the scale someone deadlifting over 200kg. Classes are really well programmed. Always varied, essentially it’s like having group PT. Unlike other places the class size is relatively small so the coaches are always aware of your strengths or weaknesses, when to push you or when to get you to dial is back and refine your technique etc. CrossF... read more
