Just signed up and the first cleaning was great! 2 floors, 2 dogs and 2 cats with lots of hair and everything looked fabulous when they were done.

If there was a 4.5, that's probably what I would give. They do our place every other week and we are very satisfied with the service. Every once in a while, we will note some minor issues after a cleaning, but that doesn't greatly detract from the overall quality of the service. They always give a call the day before to remind us. They are timely and friendly. We are very pleased with with Two Maids and recommend them if you're looking for a regular maid service.

Second time I've used them. Arrived right on time, did everything I needed done and more. House is immaculate. Trying to figure out a way to budget for them to come at least every five or six weeks. They do a fantastic job and I would recommend them without reservation to anyone. Great, hardworking women who listen and bust their butts to please you!
Had the move in/out cleaning in August and because I wasn't home I'm not sure if they arrived on time and how long they spent there. Cleaning was below average, and while I did get a partial refund on things they missed (easy things like ceiling fans, refrigerator) as we have been moving stuff into the house, they definitely missed things like wiping out all the cabinets and shelves and bathrooms and kitchen. We did speak with the customer through email 2 days after the cleaning when she reached out to us. We also followed up with the offer to re-clean as well as a $100 refund. We definitely thought that this issue had been handled since we had not heard anything for over a month. I've been using this cleaning service for about 2 months. I am on a bi-weekly schedule and I have been very pleased with the exception of one cleaning (which I spoke to management about and they sent someone out promptly to re-clean). I have been impressed with how thorough they clean my house therefore I think the price is adequate. I appreciate that I have a couple of special request with how some things are cleaned and it is never a problem for them. I would recommend 2 Maids and a Mop to friends.
Just had my daughter's condo cleaned before classes start at UT and they did a great job. I'm a repeat customer and I'm highly satisfied with their excellent service and value. We live in Illinois and working with Morgan is so easy. They are very trustworthy, friendly and professional. I will be using them again in the future.
