I have used this service for over a year. The cleaners are trustworthy, friendly and dependable. They clean top to bottom from ceiling fans right down to the baseboards. These are hardworking cleaners and I couldn't do without them!

Very easy to schedule and they get the job done quickly. It's nice that I see at least one familiar face each time too.
Used their service for the first (and last) time yesterday. I paid for 2 hours and the cleaners were there for less than that time. They did what was pretty much a surface cleaning - didn't bother to even sweep behind my toilet or move my coffee table to sweep under it. For the amount I paid for this service, I should have received a much more thorough cleaning - as well as had someone there for the 2 hours I paid for.

We are deeply disappointed that the service only warranted a 1 star rating. We have reached out and issued a refund for half off of the Design With Time service ($63), and hope that we were able to correct the issue. At Two Maids & A Mop, customer satisfaction is always our goal so that we can continue being a maid service worth talking about.
I loved being able to customize my service and get exactly what I needed without any fuss. They were on time and very efficient. Two maids came in and after under 2 hours they were done and on their way leaving me with a clean house. Very Pleased!!
I hired this company to help me clean since I was on restrictions after surgery. They did an excellent job and I was thoroughly impressed. I felt such relief being able to come home and have a sparkely clean home. Thank you so much!!
