Hidden charges...for example they over charge you but will not refund you. Instead you get a "credit" on your account. Why would you go back? I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
I had to make a very hard decision on 10/05/15. My kitty was very sick and had to be euthanized. The staff at Twinbrook showed great care and attention to our needs. They gave me their undivided attention when I asked questions, and walked me through the process of what to expect. Thank you all for making his last moments comfortable. And thank you for taking care of me. I would recommend Twinbrook to everyone I know.

The staff here are very understanding and Dr. Smith (who is the only Vet my cats have seen in the office) is gentle, caring and takes time to tell us everything that's going on. I love it here.
