I am extremely happy that I switched my vet to Twinbrook. The staff is amazing! The ladies are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Dr Smith is very thorough and helpful. Rocky and Bella can be a handful, and we feel very welcome here. They have done everything to accommodate us, and I am glad I finally found a vet that I can trust.
Dr Simon is the most compassionate and genuinely kind vet AND person. The amazing staff is both caring and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t trust my fur babies with anyone else! Our mini doxie, Ginny as well as our elderly kitty, Ivy has needed lots of extra care and attention with their special needs and Twinbrook has been there for us since day one over 20 years ago! Now our Brucie is part of the Twinbrook family too!
I truly love Twinbrook, the staff and doctors are AMAZING! Having two little fur babies, this was my 3rd visit since July. My Kujo, a 5 year old Chihuahua Poodle mix was not walking and in a lot of pain on Tuesday. I called Twinbrook on Wednesday morning, they saw us immediately. Dr. Smith was AWESOME, he diagnosed Kujo with Intervertebral Disc Disease, gave him a prescription for some meds to calm him down, easy the pain and inflammation and meds to relax the muscles in his lower back. Took one of my dogs in for a wellness check and because she has terrible allergies. Her previous vet was only interested in keeping her on prednisone for her allergies which is not a long term medication and can cause serious side effects. I was highly impressed with all the staff and the doctor who was totally down to earth. You could tell that he genuinely loved animals and cared for her wellbeing. I've been taking my animals to Twinbrook for years. Dr. Simon is so compassionate and down to earth, amazing with my fur babies. All of the techs are friendly and so good with my pups! Great place!
