I took my baby Bambi to Twinbrook and she always hide from Dr Smith Bambi went to the rainbow bridge 2. wks ago and the staff there treat you with Respect. Now I'm taking my new puppies there Dr Smith is the most sweetest vet I have had honor to meet he took the greatest care of Bambi until the end
I have been to different animal clinics/hospitals. Even to one that is a mile away from my home. I chose to come to Twinbrook because my Xina Marie has always gone to Twinbrook when she was a resident cat at a local nursing home. I continued going to Twinbrook after I adopted Xina Marie from the nursing home because of the great service they provide. The friendliness of the staff and the care and concern for my cat. Just a wonderful staff, caring helpful and sincere. The Doctors are thorough and never try and sell you on something you don't need for your pet. I completely trust their judgment and advice
Love the personal touch at Twinbrook. All the staff is friendly, informative and are patient when you're not familiar with medical lingo. My dogs love going there!
