I don’t know where to start but this by far has been THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER had. I had tried to run a co-signers credit along with mine and they had informed us that the co-signerers credit was “frozen” and they weren’t able to use it in which I had to fully sign for my first car under my name and got a higher interest rate. Worse experience ever with a car dealership, I am having an issue with my car and they simply won't acknowledge my requests to address the issue. They sold me the car, that's all they care about. Customer service? Well, as long as they keep selling cars, that's not important.. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.
the service department is the worst. takes at least half an hour to check in your car, and longer to pick it up. 4 days to do a 1 day job while the customer pays for the rental even in a warranty repair.
Improve your customer service DRASTICALLY!
Excellent service department. My car was finished in less than the projected time and was provided with a rental van.
Service sucks, once they figured out what to do, it took another 2 days to get it done. Never again
