I took my Jeep in for a regular service and 2 recalls. My service writer, Whitney Morris, made this visit the best dealership experience I've had in 20+ years. She was prompt, polite, exceptionally quick at notifying me and get the car back out to me. She has restored my faith in the dealership service experience.
I bought my Jeep this last Saturday, and Hugh Diamond helped make the process go very smoothly. He is very knowledgeable about the jeeps and answered all our questions. Wayne Walloch was very helpful in making sure we got the best financing as well. We love our Jeep!�
I brought my car in for an oil change and recall notice on August 28 at 3:25 PM after speaking with Don, the Service Mgr. I was told it would take between 1 - 1½ hours. At 6:10 PM I went to see where my car was, and everyone in the service department, except one person had left. I apparently was forgotten. When I got home I noticed that the only work done on the vehicle was an oil change and tire rotation. The recall parts were not in stock so that was not done. We went in for a routine oil change. Got the package purchased with our car purchase. The last time we went in they didn't seal it properly which caused a leak. When I called the next day to get it fixed they told me it wasn't possible and that we would need an appointment over a week out. Thankfully another local auto shop took care of it but when I called to speak with a manager about the horrible service with Tuttle Click my calls and messages were never returned.
