I was helped by Ken “COACH” Hart to purchase my leased Chrysler 300 Platinum. It all went very smoothly. He and Hugh Diamond are very knowledgeable about cars and able to answer any questions you might have. I would also like to mention Issy in the service department. He handles his customers with care and gets them on their way promptly. Thank you all from a satisfied customer.

RecommendedWork was done as explained and on time. Except for delays in shipping times. Which seemed to add an extra week to the repairs.
Poor work and poor communication. They don’t keep the schedule they promise. Very disappointed in this place. I have taken my vehicle in for the same repair 2 times and will need to take it back for the same issue a 3rd time and the truck is only 6 months old.
The sales people were nice enough but in the end failed to complete the repairs to my Jeep that that promised. They also only supplied one ignition key without informing me. They offered to sell me a key at their cost from the service department. When I approached the service department I received a less than warm welcome and incredibly inflated price for the key. Overall I received very poor service. I purchased the key for a fraction of the cost at another local Jeep dealer and will use them in the future for my service.
RecommendedThe staff is awesome, everybody is very professional. The only problem I have, it’s very hard to get in for an oil change. Had to come back twice to get into the shop.
