I would recommend Hugh Diamond as he is the best. I tried to book an appointment online for service and it didn’t work. I tried “chat” on the website and that didn’t work. I called and was told someone would call me back. That didn’t happen. I called Hugh Diamond and he booked the appointment for me. When I got there the experience was much better than my first visit. Try reading the yelp or BBB reviews regarding the experiences many of us have had at Tuttleclick. In my case, a brand new Jeep, 58 miles on it, goes bad 12 hours after driving it off the lot AND I’m told to wait two weeks for parts.
Awesome dealers finance Mgr’s sales and They all made it possible for me to buy Bill Tuttle’s own car , a Chrysler Pacifica Touring L, with 1700 miles on it for my 74 th bday . My 7th car purchase from them and hopefully this will last me for the remainder of my life . Worst consumer nightmare of my life! is Tuttle-Cick Irvine. Over 2 months my vehicle was stuck there. Just got it out yesterday 9/30/2019 and taking it to another Jeep dealer to repair all the damage and finish the work they called finished. I will be posting videos on Youtube.
