Their service department has been very helpful. i DO NOT recommend their sales department. Too many concerns to list here. My approval took all day. i was told my trade in was in an accident. i had to have my insurance agent prove otherwise. Agreed on price and payments. Agent doing paperwork was persistent in raising both. I was getting up to leave several times. My loan wasn't processed when the agent doing the paperwork went on vacation. The most painless car buying experiences I had. Start the process thru Costco, they referred me to Tuttle-Click. Kent (Coach) contacted me to setup an appointment. I came to the dealer and met with Hugh and Coach. They provided me with the invoice price and Costco discounted price which I already accepted with Costco. Start the paperwork and wait for my car to be delivered.
