I brought my Jeep in for an airbag recall, and figured I would have it serviced at the same time. I dropped it off and was willing to leave it since I have another vehicle. Well, the recall was done but nothing else was done. And to top it off, they did some multi-point inspection and said it passed, but I know for a fact the right rear tail light does not work, so what else did they miss? I have no confidence that Tuttle Click does a good job.
Terrible customer service ! Terrible Sales and Service departments ! The absolute worst place ever ! I will never purchase from again nor recommend these clowns ever... ZERO STARS - “you have been warned !”
I bought a brand new JL jeep. This morning it lost control due to the front tires wobbling on the freeway. Once again Jesus the service manager will not even get back to me letting me know if the car is safe to drive. Jesus has never bothered getting back to me since I have bought the car. Worst experience of my life. If I get into an accident due to this dangerous wobble I will be suing for sure. Be warned. Stay away from this dealership.
