These guys told me I could not afford the car I wanted and would have to put half down, I just picked up the car I wanted from another dealer with very little down and a great interest rate!
I bought a Ram 1500 from this dealership in September 2014. Trying to get ahold of anyone once you have purchased your vehicle is nearly impossible. I have been trying to cancel my gap coverage for the past 2 weeks. I have left 4 voicemails with not a single call back. The customer service has been overwhelmingly disappointing. Never ever buy the oil change package, from here, because if you do, and you move they will not give your money back! I just don't get it. I payed for the service in advance and can no longer go there, yet they will not give me the advance money back.. Don't get ripped off by these guys! I will never buy anything from them again from them again..
I had a terrible experience and my review was strong armed from Tuttle-Click's FB. Amazing to see a business behave in such a way. I just want to warn you-the consumer, beware. You will pay, they will waste your time, and you will leave having been taken advantage of.
I like this place all that old change for my car
I just wanted to warn you all before going to buy a vehicle here. They lie, steal and have extremely crappy customer service. I have ALOT to say about this company so if you want the details me feel free to message me. Looking forward to my complaint with the BBB and getting ahold of Chrysler Corporate tomorrow to make a formal complaint about this dealership. I'm so fuming with anger at this point.
