Can’t fade asked for a skin fade and instead gave me a number 2 also gave me harsh red burns on the back of my head

Took my little one in today (he is two) for a fringe trim, the staff were really friendly and quick and made sure my little boy was comfortable. They didnt even charge me for this - despite my protests! Thankyou - will be back when he needs a full cut!
