Love this place! My son has been twice, saw Dr. Baxter the first time and Dr. Grimes the second. Both were excellent. I love that they were able to perform an x-ray and diagnose immediately without having to go to several places and wait days for results. Highly recommend!!
2.5 hours here waiting on flu test with a sick 4 year old.... And still waiting.
After 3days of high fever and being turned away from St Francis children's ER they seen my son and found out why he was so sick. The other Dr said my son was FINE. But he wasnt he has SCARLET FEVER. I recommend everyone to bring their child here!! The best and caring Dr's they listen to the parents and their concerns.. THANK YOU GUYS!!
Thank you so very much to the staff here for taking care of my 15 mo old who needed stitches in his finger. The nurses and front office staff were wonderful and compassionate, and Dr. Grimes was excellent!
Walked in at 9:15Pm with a child with 102.2 temp and complaining of pain when she coughs tonight. Sign on door said they close at 10PM. They refused to see her with only one patient in their waiting, whom was called back to be seen while we were standing there. Reception person said we had appointments open all day but everyone waits to the last minute to come in. That's the way to provide patient care! I was not given the option to provide no stars on this site.
Got turned away at 8:50 when yall close at 10 with only one patient in the waiting room. Ridiculous! !!
