RecommendedI have used this pediatric urgent care twice now. This is the closest pediatric urgent care near us, it’s still about a 20 minute drive away. They have taken us with 20 minutes left of being open. The doctors and staff I have dealt with were all very pleasant & helpful. They checked my son out very thoroughly. Diagnosed him properly and gave us meds to help him recover whatever he had been diagnosed with. We always follow up with our sons pediatrician & he agrees with the course of treatment & diagnosis. We were there today with my daughter who just can’t kick this stomach bug. Dr. Grimes is amazing as are the nurses who had to draw blood on a thirteen year old who has never had more than a vaccine. Kind, attentive and never felt rushed even though they were very busy.

I will never use this office again. I checked the hours of opposition on Facebook before leaving my house with my sick child and it clearly said 11pm on Tuesdays. I walked in at 10:11 and was told they wouldn't see my son. They had two people in the waiting room and didn't even bother to ask why we were there to be seen. The receptionist was blatantly rude and snarky. I was told they had to stop seeing patients at some point (apparently at 10) and if it was an emergency I could go to the ER. Dr. Dalton & Dr. Grimes are wonderful, caring Pediatricians! They always take great care of my boys. Today we were seen quickly, the nurses and all staff were kind, diligent and made a great experience for our family. We will be back!
They are always so nice and professional. They seem to have the knowledge and skills to handle any situation.
