They were super slammed and they were so nice and helpful and so understanding with my son who would scream everytime they touched him. They definitely had a rough night being the only urgent care open late. it was packed leaving with my son..and they were still so positive knowing they had an entire waiting room. Thank you to these wonderful people. Hope you all get to go home and have a peaceful night.👍👏👐💜
I wouldn’t know how the staff treated my child since they decided, unannounced, to close early tonight due to “ice and snow”. Well, the roads were clear and dry and no forecast of precipitation for tonight, seemed very unprofessional to me. I will not waste my time driving an hour to go there again, I need a dependable urgent care that will be there the hours that are advertised.
SHAME SHAME SHAME ON THIS AWFUL CLINIC!!!!! So my fiance & I just drove our 4 year old daughter a full hour drive to this urgent care. its our second trip here, we werent real thrilled with the previous appointment but decided to give it another try considering its the closest after hour care near our town. well we arrived at 10:30 (they close at 11) & THEY TURNED MY SICK 4 YEAR OLD AWAY!!!! we have been here going on 3 hours now, we were told 2 hours ago we would be seen in about an hour. i could have taken my son to another urgent care 2 hours ago if i knew the doctor was going to take longer than expected. i realize this is a busy time but when the front desk tells you at noon you will be seen by one, then the nurse tells you they are projected to see you at 2 at 1:30 it is frustrating.

Always clean and the staff always so nice, on top of things and great with my kids. We drive from Muskogee just to come here!
