I brought my daugher in with a 102.6 fever and is crying and achy. We got there at 7:15 and im asked to fill out papers, i fill them out and bring them back up in under 5 minutes then I wait 8:15 the lady at the desk calls me back to get my insurance info. Then i sit back down wait again then about 8:45 my name is called and she asked for my co-payment which is $45. They tell me my co-pay is $55 which i argued with them that the are over charging me. We have used this pediatric urgent care on a couple occasions and always been happy with the staff and the care. Had to visit over the weekend due to a surprise painful ear infection that began for my daughter. There was a bit of a wait, but that's not anything the staff can help - they saw everyone as quickly as they could. My daughter was hurting very badly and was just wailing in pain in the waiting room. The nurse came out and gave her some ibuprofen and some water to ease her pain while we waited for the doc. After two hours waiting we're told our child was fine. Went to the front desk to ask when the doctor would be in to see us and the lady at the front desk said ' we're really busy' as if she was annoyed that I interrupted her conversation with her co-worker. The word Urgent shouldn't be on your door.
Never fun experience when you have a sick little BUT staff was excellent & patient with my mommy meltdowns! Very much recommended! We had very little wait & Nurse/Doctor took time to explain. Will be our go to spot! Thanks to everyone there!!!
This place has always been one of my favorite places to take my kids they may get busy and u might have a long wait but the dr takes her time with each patient she doesn't just say oh this is the problem they actually listen and try to get to the bottom of it! I will continue to take my children here u can't get service like it anywhere else!
Great place! They are always so sweet and caring towards my kiddos. Very grateful to have a place to go outside of our pediatrician's hours! The front desk people are fantastic as well.
