Do NOT hire this company. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The snake oli salesman kept adding items to the list to increase my cost only to inflate his commission. A third window? An insulated garage door? I didn't ask for them! I never got the siding I wanted. They told me it was not available due to COVID. But, when I complained they offered to sell me the siding for an extra $950. Then I'd have to hire an installer for another $5,000. My garage installl was then delayed a month. Had I known the local Tuff Shed agent's work men were foreign nationals, I would not have ordered the shed at all. As a recipient of the Purple Heart and a combat veteran, I deeply resent the cheap shot of hiring illegals, when Americans are around to hire---try running an ad, etc. LBJ supposedly said, "Boys, I may not know much, but I do know the difference between chicken salad and chickens**t." Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I bought this shed back in May. With covid waited till August for set. It was rescheduled for *****. I get an email 4 days before to reschedule for December. This company had no compassion for my time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY:Ive had both of my buildings I bought from tuff shed for awhile now and Im still just as disappointed as when they put them up! I ordered two buildings and told the sales lady what I intended to do with them(one was for a home gym business and the other for a food truck business) and she totally failed to set me up with what I needed. We were looking for a small shed that we could use as a shelter for our goats. Every shed we looked at was much larger than we wanted. Then we discovered Tuff Shed. What we liked was that we could choose the size we wanted, choose windows and/or vents and where we needed them to be, decide what color we wanted, where to place the door and what type of roof. I would give them a zero if I could. I lost my very large, 2 story shed to a fire in February of 2020, I was looking to replace it with the exact same building but due to changes in building codes in my area, a shed this tall would not be permitted unless I had it grandfathered in within a year of losing it. Ordered a 15x24 ft Tuffshed through *********** When they worked up the quote, they never mentioned that a snow load upgrade was recommended for this area of **************. I prepaid for the shed (+$16k) and then later the regional sales manager called me and said they really recommended the snow load option. Cost me another $900. Waited 4 weeks for installation.
