***********************! Never spend a ***** with this incompetent company!We purchased a shed from Tough Shed through ********** back in August. After several months of poor customer service We just received delivery of the shed on December 18 they brought it on a giant flatbed truck which of course could not move to the back of the yard, and they dropped it off on the side of my house and did not install it in the location as promised. These guys are total knuckleheads. My shed came quickly and was built and installed quickly, but more than half the nails missed the studs and my shed leaks when it rains. Contractors are nice guys, but man they really **** at building.. Far as the paint goes, i agreed to have them put on one coat of paint, while i would add the second coat. Well they may as well not have painted the first coat as it is all cracked and blemished. I had much higher expectations for Tuff Shed as a company and for the $5000 shed that I bought from them. The shed was delivered in the end of August and was a disaster from the beginning; the installation crew was sent out from the factory with 33% materials for a different sized shed than what I had ordered. Regardless, by the end of the day, the had built *something*. The build was left unfinished, with off center windows, incomplete/incorrect door and window trim and crookedly hung doors. Do not buy anything from Tuff Shed!!! **** at Tuff Shed in ******** ** is worthless! I ordered my shed in August of 2022 and still have not received it. I spoke with him on 10/20/2022 at 9:38 am and he gave me a scheduled delivery date of 10/28/2022. Here we are 10/28/2022 and I was not placed on the schedule! They currently have me scheduled 2 more weeks out. I think the part that is the most aggravating, is that he is acting like he never spoke with me on 10/20/2022, even though I have phone records. I purchest a shed from Tuff she for the second time because my first experience was good. This time 1: They gave me a delivery date of two weeks, two weeks later I called and they said it is always 4 to 6 weeks, so i have to wait four more weeks ( bad Bussiness ethic ) 2: I asked to remove the door because I wanted to put in a regular external door like a house.....not that god ugly one they want to give you...and I paid for it with them knowing I wanted a rough cut door opening in the wall, they agreed and billed me for it.... read more

Aweful experience. Ordered a Tuff Shed from *********** Tuff Shed reached out and had me sign contracts and said the permit department would reach out to me. After several weeks no one has reached out so I contacted the woman who sent the contracts. She was able to get someone to reach out and get additional info. Another several weeks passed and finally their permitting **** contacted me. After complaining she is the only one doing permits so it takes a long time she put me in touch with a sales person. I worked with ***** on ordering my shed. He was great sold me what I wanted, and didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. Was honest and straight forward told me the steps we would go through to get the shed to the house and how the payments were going to to be laid out. Everything was great from start to finish. **************** was great and everyone was there to help and get my shed built and on time.

I cant even begin to say how disappointed and upset I am with Tuff Shed. This company has the worst costumer service and business philosophy I have ever dealt with in my life. The amount of frustration and time I spent trying to have them deliver and install my shed is well worth more than the actual shed itself. When the shed was attempted for delivery the first time in early August, the 3 workers complained about the distance from the truck as well as the trail which I had paid someone to trim and clean prior. Dont buy a tuff shed. Heres why: Bad wood! Ugly 2x4s almost all the wood is poor quality. So bad the installer cant correct it. The people who work for them from the manager to the floor sweeper are so full of excuses. You may think its just a shed but the cost is way over the rest the sheds that are offered at home depo or lowes. I have had at least 20 calls and e-mails making excuses about how they cant or wont.
