This was the single worst experience with a company I've ever had in my life. I placed an order for a custom garage on 03/19 it is currently 10/04 with no signs of installation at all. The order was for $14,522.59. They sent me site plans to approve which I did 3 times and now the lady I was working with no longer works there and they stated they need it approved a 4th time. Now that I finally got my shed I can write this. It was quite a difficult experience. Purchased the shed through HomeDepot. ** did a reasonable job. The clerk told me it would take six weeks which matched the TuffShed web site. Then the local Tuff Shed rep called to thank me for my order and and noted it might be longer than the 6 weeks. TERRIBLE BUSINESS - EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT. Our shed was ordered in June, scheduled to be installed on September 3rd. Which was perfect, the concrete pad was poured and ready. Date came and went, no one called us. Tired calling several people multiple times and sent several emails. Could not reach anyone and never received a return call or email. Admittedly, Tuff Shed was difficult to work with in the beginning. Ordered a shed and mistake after mistake was made where it was supposed to take one day to build the shed ended up taking approximately a month over a series of several days however they made things right by accepting my upgrades when asked. To me, my biggest issue with Tuff Shed was the amount of miscommunication which ultimately was the reason for issues I had. TuffShed had great customer service. I had a great experience with their team, everyone I spoke to was very friendly and my shed was built on schedule and so fast! I cant speak to how the shed holds up as its new but I can say the team was very easy to work with, communicated well, always responded to my emails, and showed up early on the day of install. Great experience!
Ordered shed end of April. Received text from scheduling. Shed was to be installed on 8-14-21. Shed was not installed and never heard word from anyone. Really poor customer service.
Hello!This shed is not what I paid for nor is the sheds Integrity a sound construction. Due to the incompetence of the employees at the *******, ** location *************** my order was delayed for lack of preparation and has cost me thousands of dollars in Gas, Travel, Supplies, and Energy. I informed both ************* that I was traveling from *******. The additional days I had to stay cost my business and personal time.
