My family decided to use Tuell-McKee on a whim when my grandpa passed away, and I'm so glad we did. They seemed to genuinely care for our family and what we were going through. They handled my grandpa with dignity when he was "taken in their care" from his house. They made the process smooth and answered my many questions. I highly recommend them to anyone
Tuell-McKee is an absolutely lovely place to have your loved one taken care of. Every single staff member we came in contact with was kind, respectful and helpful. They put you at ease and truly care about you and your family.The owners Tom and Carolyn went above and beyond to help us with all of the arrangements for our son. Tom personally took care of our son and even officiated the funeral and did a wonderful job! RecommendedTuell Mckee is a family serving other families in the South Sound area. My experience with their team has been wonderful. Both of the owners are passionate about care while offering realistic pricing and options for those who may be grieving. I could not recommend a better option for a time where you need clear communication paired with the care that you simply cannot find at other Funeral Homes in the area.
Obviously these people have been in this business for so long they are numb to death and show zero sympathy towards you, who is still grieving over their husband, father, grandfather, son.... A human Life that is greatly missed! How dare you people use the terminology and refer to certain things in such a inhumane way, how dare you people not call and let a loved one know that their family member is ready to be picked up, how dare you people not have any answers for things. This place is a disgusting joke. ZERO STARS
Jeff helped the world make a little sense during a time when very little did!! He took amazing care of my friend, offering dignity and respect to a man, who whether anyone else saw it deserved nothing less!! I am so appreciative to you and your amazing staff. Thank you.
