I made a reservation for the wrong date by misake as I was staying in Nottingham for my mums funeral. I messaged as on booking.con you are able to request a refund and I’d booked for twenty mins before close of check in anyway. I received no reply after sending multiple emails and messages on the app. When I’ve called the woman lied about the refund not going through them and said there was no way to refund and gave no reason for not responding sooner. I was having an incredibly bad day. Got to the hotel and hit a hiccup but Debbie/Deborah who was working reception was so understanding. Absolutely incredible customer service. The rooms are great, clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel. Well done ✅
Dirty and pretty sure two way mirror in the bathroom- mirror is tiled into the wall and according to the fire building layout map on the wall the room behind mirror is a staff cupboard . Strange
