Have had several issues with them including having my card canceled because it was compromised but never receiving notice of this until my card stopped working. Most recently after receiving a new card my card won’t work at Walmart and after contacting them multiple times over the last 2 months keep getting told that it is Walmart’s problem not theirs. Will definitely be switching my account elsewhere.
I have financed two vehicles previously to this newest one and with each of those you could link a separate account (outside of TTCU) to set up automatic payment for said loan. What does TTCU do? They force you to open up an account with them and adding funds to it so you can transfer those funds to your payment account, or inconvenience yourself by having to go to a credit union. We came in for an auto loan at the 21st and 15th branch and was treated like an inconvenience. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes while that clerk counted checks not addressing us. Then, 30 minutes waiting, with nobody coming until we got up to leave. They don't want any business here. We'll go elsewhere.
Worst customer service ever! The employee's are rude and inconsiderate, almost like being at Wal Mart.
Not only do I love working for TTCU, I also love the service I receive as a member. On my day off, I had over $600 in fraud on my debit card, most of which was caught by Fraud Watch. There was a $68 charge that did post to my account, I went to the branch to dispute it and within a couple of hours I had the provisional credit back in my account. Hours folks, not days or weeks like other places... HOURS! Thanks TTCU!
