I have had trouble from day 1 trying to make online payments the online website is not user friendly! Theres a fee if you pay anyway except actually going to the bank. It takes forever if you go inside and pay. Its so inconvenient to have to go drop the payment off i have just been using the night drop. The online payment really needs to be fixed and id be happy with ttcu. I go in to get a small personal loan & was told you have to make $2,000 a month or more to even be considered for a loan. My thoughts on this is you don't need me baking with you because I must not be your kinda people. I went to American Heritage they set me right up with a loan & a new accout.
I just got off the phone with customer service asking questions about my auto loan. I was happy to hear a local voice and may I add she was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!
So a company tries to take money out of your account in which you don't know about, balance in your account wont cover it, TTCU declines the charge BUT STILL CHARGES YOU A $22 OVERDRAFT FEE EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO FLIPPIN OVERDRAFT. Of course call in and they say sorry about your luck. Nothing but crap for the last 2 years. Everyone I know that DID bank here had their own separate issues whether it be loans or banking and guess what they were told..... you got it, SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BANK!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. I GAVE THEM MY CAR BACK BECAUSE IT BROKE DOWN & I COULDN'T AFFORD THE PAYMENTS ANY LONGER & I COULDN'T AFFORD TO GET IT FIXED & NOW THEY ARE SUEING ME BECAUSE I DIDN'T PAY THEM THE WHOLE 20K & THEY SOLD IT FOR 8K SO WE ARE GOING TO COURT & I'M GONNA BEAT THIS CASE
