As a Realtor I would not suggest a client use this bank for a mortgage. I find they do not close on time and do not communicate in a timely manor. I feel you would get much better mortgage service elsewhere.

Disappointed! I deposited a substantial amount of money and not only did they deposit it into the wrong account but they made me wait until the next business day to fix the problem. Bills don't wait until the next business day and fees sure don't wait either!
Don't use them!!!! They will mess you up!!! They don't believe in calls or emails or sending mail if they don't get your payment. I will tell people to NOT use them!! They messed with my mom and won't even help her!!! TTCU IS THE WORSE!!!!! If you are thinking about using them please don't!!!
