Thanks for turning off my debit card over an $18 charge because it was in Texas. You left me stranded 200 miles from home with no gas, food, or anywhere to stay because it was past business hours. Then tell me it's my fault for not telling you I'm traveling. I'll be leaving your bank asap. No one I talked to could care less.
My disappointment with TTCU increases by the hour. A loan payment was not credited to my account, despite having a copy of the check that shows it was cashed. The people I've talked to on the phone were rude and haven't called back when they said they would. There's still no resolution to my issues and my loan continues to accrue finance charges and is shown as "delinquent." I can't wait to close my account and be done with this god forsaken place.
I've closed two loans with this establishment and each of those were the two worst experiences I have ever had with a lender in my entire life.

Worst financing company I have ever dealt with. I paid a $355 dollar car payment and in interest i paid $305. So 50 dollars went towards my principal.
Customer service has no idea what they're doing. I just finished trying to get a transaction completed again with no help. This is my 5th time to call. I talk to the same 3 ladies every time and every time they blame someone else for not knowing how to help me! Very frustrating. Will be doing my other loans with Arvest. Much better customer service there.
