RecommendedWe always receive friendly service at whatever branch we use in Oklahoma. Being able to use the same accounts and do our banking all over the state has been a great help to us. Keep up the good work. Proud to be an Okie and a member at TTCU for more than 30 years.
Worst run customer service department anywhere. If you have any issues at all after 6pm well you better hope it's not an emergency because you're screwed until 830am the following business day. They will also illegally shut down your account if you make the mistake of banking with them and have a loan. Avoid at all costs.
I have been banking with TTCU since I was fourteen and now going on twenty nine. Fifteen years and built my credit up, savings, paid off vehicles, and I try to get a loan with tier one credit score and have the biggest issue. Very unsatisfied, horrible customer service, lack of communication, and horrible APR percentages. Will be switching banks, if interested take a look into TFCU.

If this was the only place on earth for a loan I'd do without. So glad my loan is finally paid off. Most unhelpful people ever.
Stay far away from ttcu for any kind of loan. The loan officers are rude and will waste your time. Did i mention they lie? The proof was right in front of the loan officer. They pulled my credit report as well so i took a hit. Im good because my credit score got me a much better rate compared to TTCU at another local bank. Really sad you treat customers this way.
