Second worst experience with this credit union. Just called about my auto loan and was told I still owe $100. Unfortunately I don’t have that so the guy Keith repeatedly told me to borrow money from someone in my life to get it taken care of. Then he moved money from my savings making it around $55 and said now all you have to do is ask for that it shouldn’t be that hard. By far the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. Been a member since 2012 and never late on a payment ever. Junk bank with trash employees in a crap city in the worthless part of the state. No help at all and I jumped through every hoop they asked and still catch the shaft. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised since Tulsa is even in the name.

I have been with TTCU for 7 years now and I respect this bank and their staff. If I have ever had a problem they help me resolve it. I have never been hit with crazy fees. Their staff at the location off Cincinnati and Pine is great and always friendly. My daughters will go there next week to open their own accounts. We appreciate TTCU.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. 4 phone calls at 30+ mins each and still nothing gets resolved. They’re quick to take fees from your account but have zero issue holding your deposits for extended periods of time before releasing anything. Cannot wait to get my dad an account elsewhere.
We’re incredibly happy that we found TTCU after moving here. They’re family oriented and always there to help.

They charge $15 to make a payment by phone, cash advance your card inside for $25 fee. They make it really hard to make a payment. Very rude and don't care about covid safety.
