This is the worst bank ever they just not care about you at all if you just want to refinance your car ...I was told no because i just not make the some money and threaten to take my car so it pay your house bill or car ? this really socks you know how much you meat to them more die i guess why do they got those commercial on TV they are just lies
The absolute WORST bank for an auto loan. Nothing but constant issues and fees. Online banking is horrible to set up, doesn’t work correctly, and is not user friendly. Snooty customer service, and very unwilling to help. There are too many places to get a loan without going through all of this.
It's been a horrible experience and to make a loan payment should not be hard but the online process is not user friendly and also charging an additional fee just to do it online. or making a payment over the phone you still charge a fee!!! so by mailing in a check with the date my payment was due they went ahead and processed the payment 4 days sooner than the date written on my check I am not local and dont have the option to go into the bank. They need to keep their word. Friend of mine was told he could skip a pmt but they took the money out & will not return it. When you are struggling a little compassion would be nice.
Highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful staff.
